Please help:File system error

I ran a chkdsk in command prompt, and it said the following in picture I posted. It says something about an error in the file system and to use chkdsk /f or something. Could you please check it out, and let me know what to do, thanks.

its nothing to worry about. I just ran it and received the same as you did. I ran chkdsk /f and it wouldnt run untill i rebooted.

Ok, yeah it wouldn't run til I rebooted for me too. Have any idea on why it's saying there could be an error in the file system?
