URGENT

Hello again.
I have yet another computer problem. This time, I downloaded a program called coolmon to see what is going on with my computer.

Everything is very stable except there are some peculiar stats here:

PageUsed: 1984/PageTotal: 1507
RAMUsed: 460/RAMTotal: 511

In my background, I have this browser running, the antivirus program running in auto-protect but not scanning anything so it shouldn't use a lot of memory, and a spyware detector.

I went to task manager and the amount of memory they are using aren't at extreme high levels.

But when I go to the processes tab, I have 50K memory remaining. My PF Usage is 1.94 GB while my CPU Usage is 3%.

Someone please help me. This is lagging up my computer, and causing me to waste a ton of time.

Thank you.

Here is my hijack this log:

I would agree on the memory thing. Removing norton and switching to a less memory intensive program will help a lot. As to why you are using that much page, there are a lot of possibilities.

for starters, set your page file to 768 - 1024 statically, and don't let windows manage it for you. Second, defrag your hd, and run a checkdisk.
see what that does for your system.

Good luck
