Default .pdf editor

Need a cheap or free .pdf editing software. Will Open Office do it? I have a pdf creator, but it won't edit.

Do you mind if there is a watermark on the edited documents?

If not, then have a look at download.com for some:
Search results for pdf - Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com

Unfortunately, I have not tried any of these, so I cannot personally recommend any

I think my CEO would frown on a watermark. Thanks for the link though. Some of those are reasonable. No way am I going to try to get Adobe. That thing is almost $500!!
