****.the actual pdf files that she wants to edit is password protected and we don't have it here. it's some insurance forms. oh well.
i can't even re-save it as a pdf file with diff names. it's encripted. bah.
out of luck??

there seems to be some programs out there which are not freeware. but they have trial period. i dont' know how often my users needs to convert pdf-> doc or xls. so i'll just give her the trial version for now.

she doesn't need a password to open and print it out but not to save the changes. oh well.

I think you can bypass the password with paperport
