PCI communication device

I recently formatted a hard drive and I need to find the right drivers for PCI communication device and PCI ethernet controller. It's a A Open system. Here's the info, hopefully someone can help.

Custom PC
model TBC -M450
serial number CT94411496
Motherboard model is AX6BC

I've tried their site but can't seem to find anything.

download everest. it will tell you the name on any driver that not installed
