Patition Magic destroy my data

so , still nobody answer my question .
I got my new 200 gb HD , i set it as Primary slave ( another system HD is 40GB) . I copy some movies and data to my new HD before i patition it . Recently i partition it with partition magic into 2 - one is 170 gb , another one is 30 gb . After the software done and restart , i cannot browse my new HD , it said it is not format, and ask whether i need to format it ?

so wat should i do ?

Now , i dont care about the data inside, so i decided to format it , but computer recognize my HD only got 128gb , instead of 200GB
Wat should i do to Clean my HD totally ?
