I have a computer where I work that is managed by two differnt deptartments. Unfortunately the other department is full of a bunch of inept computer people. Recently the computer that one of our doctors uses had a ton of virus and profile problems, and we eventually wanted it reformatted. The doctor is not offically part of our clinic, so she had to take it to the IT people who support her. When she brought it back it was reformatted, but they gave no user credentials. The admin account has their password on it, the geust account is disabled, her account is nonexistent, and our admin account is gone. Now i am trying to reconfig the pc, but i cant get in. I will have the password in a few days, but would love to get this pc up and running quickly as possible. I know this post sounds sketchy as ****, does anyone know of a program that i can run on bootup, or anyway to get around this. Otherwise I will just wait, this would be helpful for future pc's. Thanks for any help.
