Password Protect Programs

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a program (single exexutable) that waits in hidden mode for a password to be typed and than starts an other program.

There should not be a dialoge identifying the password protection / telling you to type in the password.

It does not have to be very secure, but hidden!

I found something similar (Launcher by Igor Lopatin) but it shows a window asking for the password.
