Partitioning Harddrives?

Okay I'm about to buy a new harddrive right? I need all the information I can get after installing it physically.

So lets say I:

- Install my harddrive hardware.
- Turn on my computer

What do I do from there?

I currently have 1 harddrive total in my computer. The C has 90GB while the D has 16gb.

If I install harddrive #2 to my computer, will that make it the E drive?

How do I divide / combine each "partition" or "drive letter"?

1. No, it will not make it E:\ your Disk drive will be E:\ still. You can use Paragon Partition Manager, or another partitioning software to make the 2 exsiting partitoins combined.
