Default Partition Table??

I just sent my computer off because it was irritating me, it was under warrenty and said that "Disk Read Error", The engineer says there was no hardware faults just "partition or boot record has become corrupt,"

Is this an easy thing to fix, and should I be worried of this being a recurring problem?

AFAIK, Nothing a full format and a windows reinstall wont fix. If the problem becomes reoccurrent, it could be the sign of a failing HD.

Yeah, it's fixed now. The engineer did it, but if I ever have this problem. I would rather not have to send my computer off for 2 weeks, going from an E6400 down to a Sempron 2Ghz is a huge speed drop.
