Panda Antivirus Rebooting Problem

I currently run Panda Antivirus Platinum 7.(?)

When i try to "scan the whole system" it gets to about 59,000 files scanned, my computer either goes into the blue memory dump screen or just restarts. Before this happens, my GUI/Desktop (what im working on at the moment) all locks up, and my HDD makes some semi-faint, weird buzzing noises.

Is my Hard Drive just screwed, or is this a problem with the program?

Ask if you need more info/specs etc.

Running W2kPro, on a seagate 30gb drive

Sorry about the double-post....


Update - I havent gotten the blue screen in a while, now it just restarts. Still makes the noise, tho.
