Page File Location Question

I've got two SSDs on my setup; one is PCI-E, and is used as the OS drive. I also have a SATA2 drive that I use for data backup.

Obviously, the PCI-E is faster, but since it is the OS drive, would it make any sense to put the page file on the SATA2 drive? It's not that much slower, i.e., it isn't an old school HDD.

I would put the pagefile on a mechanical hard drive over a SSD any day. Simple reason too, reduces the amount of accesses to the SSD extending the life of the drive. No better reason than that.
