Default Packet Sniffer Help

I run a LAN Game Center and external pings to our game server have been spiking and getting a decent amount of packet loss. The ISP claims it is an internal problem and suggest it may be a virus or worm flooding the pipe.

Is there a packet sniffer progam I can use to see traffic from each of my machines? I can't figure out any other solution but to get a new isp which may be costly.

Thx in Advance!

Ethereal is a free packet sniffer, and it works amazingly well.

You can download it here: http://www.ethereal.com/
