Default Overclocking core 2 duo

I have Intel mobo with q35 express chipset.
Do they all have the same PLL:s ? Or is it really not dependant on the chipset?
Im trying to overclock with clockgen, it doesn't recognize my PLL.

Also the BIOS doesn't have anykind of overclocking options.
I seem to be stuck with clockgen (or are there other similar software around?) so what can I do ?

If I can't overclock Im going to use this as is. It would just be a nice boost.

In case you are wondering, I got the intel mobo for cheap
