outlook xp

when sending a message inside the internal network outlooks works fine but when trying to send it to an address outside of the internal network such as hotmail, outlook hangs for about 5 to 10 min and then will finally send the message. it is fully updated. any possible solutions to this problem?

change outlook settings such as email addresses. if that doesn't work, try to reinstall outlook or windows.

P.S. Maybe your OS doesn't support office XP?
