Outlook questions

When scheduling an appointment to a certain person here in the office I go into outlook and set up the appointment and choose their email address and click send. However, the appointment is sent to someone else's email address that I never included in the message. Anyone know where I might look to find out why these appointments go to the wrong person?
 
It could be that the individual that i receiving the appointments is a delegate of the person you originally sent the appointment to.
 
You are correct. I managed to figure this out yesterday after the sales rep told me he made no changes to Outlook. Thanks for the reply though.
