Outlook Problem - Help please

I have tried to send a email which is obviously too big (13mb) to go as Outlook has been trying to send it unsuccessfully for two days now.

Problem is thatI cannot delete it from the Outbox. When I try and Open it I am told I can't because Outlook has tried to start sending it and when I just try and Delete it nothing happens.

Can anyone shed any lighton this for me?

try disconneting from the net or go into safe mode
