First off. Thanks for any help in this solution. Brief history:
Windows 2000 Office 2000 SP3. When this user prints an email. It does not matter if it is plain text, rich text, or html. The print out of the message will be missing characters from the header info or in the body of the email.
Email appears as below but the print out is missing the .com, or the Materials, or Thank does not appear.
Example:
To: Joe.smith@abc.com
Subj: Re: Testing Materials
Thank you for your response to this query.

you for your response to this query.
This is random. We have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook, Updated the Print drivers for the HP 4100 and 4050 series, have recreated the users profile, and swapped out the system with a brand new one and still the user has this issue.
Any ideas or assitance would be greatly appreciated.
