outlook GPO

i'm on outlook 2003 using exchange 2003.
i'm trying to set GPO for auto archive from AD but i don't see Outlook in GPO's User Configuration\Administrative Template\Windows Components.
all machines in the domain are on XP (sp1 and sp2 mixed) but not all are on office 2003. i'm checking the GPO on the local computer which runs office 2k3 but i dont' see outlook there, either. is it just invisible for some reasons? please help!
