Outlook Express Worm? (attempt 2)

Recently, I've encountered an e-mail bug in our network. In Outlook Express, all e-mails are sent and received, but upon receiving an e-mail, it is un-openable. Odd thing is, the sender, address, and date is viewable in the main inbox window, but when you click on the individual message to open it, all the information becomes anonymous. Any ideas?

Is this happening with all received emails or specific ones??

reinstall Internet Explorer (download it from microsoft.com if you haven't got the installation program)
Internet Explorer comes with Outlook Express, so reinstalling it will also reinstall Outlook Express
