Outlook Express and Service Pack 2

I had sp2 then rolled back to sp1 and now my Outlook Express just makes a beep sound when I try to go into it. Any ideas?

Very sorry for not entertaining you - as for other errors, nothing opens just like an error noise and nothing happens.
