Need help, I have been trying to figure this out for two days. I cannot read, preview, or send email in Outlook Express. When I preview a message, I get a cursor and hour glass. When I double click to read, a new window pops up, but I still get the cursor and hour glass. When I try to create a new message, I can address it and put in a subject, but I cannot get down to the box to type the message. If I click to send I get a popup the says "This message has not completed downloading. It cannot be saved until download is complete."
I downloaded all applicable MS SPs (I think), still no luck. I tried to reload OE, but I get a message that my version is newer then the CD that came with my computer. I ran sfc /scannow, but get a message that I need to put in a Windows CD I don't have.
I can read messages if I select "read on plain text", but still cannot send.
Any ideas?
