I have a French version of Outlook express on my French version of Windows XP. I keep getting emails that have the attachements blocked with a message (in French) that says "Outlook Express has deleted access to the following attachments to this email, since they were judged unreliable." Is there any way I can stop Outlook Express from doing this? Also, once it has been done, is there any way to recover the lost attachments?
