Default Outlook Express

How do I create a folder on my hard drive that my new messages go into so I don't have to delete a lot of important emails off of the server because of mailbox limits?

I was under the impression that in outlook and outlook express, when the mail opened it was off the mail server. I could be wrong, but depending on how your mail server is set up it should not stay on the server unless it is specifically set up that way. At home, mine goes to the hard drive when opened. At work ALL mail stays on the server because corporate wants it that way.

Change the world. Of one person. Today.

If your equation requires either a complex combination of variables to get the desired result OR you can't seem to get the result regardless of the variables....it ain't your variables, it's your constant.

Send a message via ICQ to dariowb

Depending on how your outlook is configured.

You can configure for delete messages from mail server where you receive message in outlook or you can configure for delete messages from mail server where you delete message from deleted items folder.
