I have a remote user that connects to the corp. network via VPN (Win XP). when launching Outlook, it asks for username and password as expected. When the info is entered, it returns error "Credentials are incorrect."
I've checked the account and tested it from two other XP machines (one Home, one Pro). I had the user re-install office, but error persists. Anybody have any ideas?
