I have a problem with someone's Outlook not attaching scanned documents to his emails. He gets this message:
"Your current email program does not support the Microsoft command set (MAPI) to automatically attach your scan to an email.
1. Scan to file
2.Open your email application
3.Attach the file to your email"
He says he used to be able to automatically attach the documents.
Now I searched around for a bit but it seems no one really has a sure answer of how to fix it. The only answer I found says that Hotmail Live doesn't support MAPI but this isn't a Hotmail address.
