Default Outlook

Ok, I don't have much experience with outlook, but my wife is using it for work. She has outlook 2003 on her laptop, and needs to copy her calander to a disc to take it to work for her computer there. It's probable easy and I'm just overlooking something, but I figured somebody here has a little more experience with it than me.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Copy it to the Archive folder, then copy the archive folder to the cd, then add the archive to her outlook at work then copy her calendar to her personal folder. You might even be able to export them as a .xls file and then import it. Make sense?

I'm trying to copy the archive.pst to the cd drive, and it keeps telling me it has encountered problems trying to copy this file

Make sure outlook is closed. How big is the file? Save it to a floppy if its small enough and if she has a floppy drive at work

Ok, another quick question about outlook. I'm having problems deleting the main calender from outlook, was wondering if I had to do it from windows or outlook
