how do i have outlook 2013 open to my inbox?

It should do that automatically. is it not automatically opening to the first account's inbox?

if it's defaulting to one of the "Favorites" items, then just collapse that list.

Defaults to inbox of first account I have in the list for me both and home and work.

It should be your Inbox by default, but if it's changed for some reason I think this will get you back to where you want to be: Change Outlook's startup folder to match your preference - TechRepublic

Ok guys it is opening to my inbox but another issue I am having is when it opens to my inbox it doesnt open to home tab. How do I fix that now.

It should be doing that by default as well...what tab is it opening to?
