Outlook 2007 vs Outlook 2010

Hey all. So I having a compatibility problem. When a user receive an automated report using Outlook 2007, it display's correctly. However, when another user gets the same report.. It is displaying differently and incorrectly in Outlook 2010. Is there anything I can change so I can have it displayed like the Outlook 2007 version displays it? See attachments.
