Outlook 2003 Help?

Whenever I log in to Outlook 2003, no matter how many times I enter my info, this window KEEPS popping up!

EDIT: Didn't work.

And now, there is a little bubble that pops up and says that it can't make a network connection, so it's in offline mode.

Even if I set my password as one letter, it STILL does it!

You can only connect to Hotmail using Oulook 2003 if you are a new user paying for the service or an old user before MS implemented the change as far as I know.

Well I just started using the Outlook portion of Office 2003, but I've had it for years. I always used to use hotmail.com to check my messages, but I wanted to try outlook.
