Outlook 2003

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 through a 2003 Exchange server to select some (about 3,000) of the 5,000 contacts and tranfer to a blackberry (8703e) address book?

Many of the 7,000 contacts are duplicates and old contacts. How can we transfer over the contacts that we want and don't transfer over the ones we don't want?

can you just sync the email account with microsoft active sync or whatever software the blackberry uses?

I think you will have to edit the contacts by hand. I've tried other ways but have had no luck.

yeah, sorry for the bad news, but this has to be done one-by-one
it's quite easy to do it in outlook (hold the control key down, and select all the duplicates, and delete) <--for the n00bs
