Outlook 2000 problems in Windows Server 2003
Where I work, most employees connect to a terminal server running Windows Server 2003 with Office 2000. Recently, one employee's outlook has been locking up, causing all employees on this server to experience slowdowns. After searching for information, I found that this is often caused by corrupted .pst files, and can be remedied by running the inbox repair tool. I am not under the impression that this is our problem because our emails are stored on an exchange server and I have not been able to find any .pst files on the terminal server (this particular employee does not have a local installation of outlook.) I was going to install service pack 3 for Office 2000 on this server to see if that would help the problem, but I'd rather not if there is another way to fix it. Is there another known solution to this problem?
