I use outlook 2000 and the format is screwed up when the gets it. It looks like the following:

I just wanted to remind you that I have to go out Mon. and Wed. nights 6-10
until mid Nov. I think I was selling myself a little short on a salary
range
but it would be $##,### - $##,###.

Why does it do that and what can I do to fix this please?

TIA

Honestly I don't remember, and unfortunately I am not in front of a machine with Outlook on it.

However, you can create a new outlook profile for this person OR you can wipe out outlook and default its settings by starting outlook with the switch of : /firstrun

and see if that works.

That could possibly be it... At this point I would try anything.

Did you try starting outlook through the Run Line like the following?:

outlook.exe /firstrun

That should have set any kind of formatting changes back to its original status.

Do you even know if it was YOUR machine that was having the problem? Was that email sent from your machine?

Is that email readable on any other machine?
