OS display help!!

ok i was changing the look of my windows on xp. just messing with text & window colors.
some how i changed it to where everything is black on black. so i cant read any text or even see windows that are up on my screen. im running 2 os xp and 7 pro. i would like to know how i can fix this with out using the xp disc. because i cant see anything to click or type to try and fix it its all black on black. i wanted to know if its possible to go in to control panel or whatever and fix this awful problem from windows 7? so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this mess please let me know. asap

I do not know of a easy fix.

You could log in as admin, create a new account.

You could use the force.

desk.cpl
tab 4 times
3 right arrows
tab 2 times
arrow down or up
tab 4 times
Enter

That would change your color scheme which should allow you to see and make the rest of the changes.
