Default Opening an unformatted disk

I have some info saved on a disk that I've been using on two different computers. I've been able to open up the files on the disk but recently I can't get access to the files on it anymore.

A message keeps popping up saying the disk is not formatted.
The message also says that I will lose all of my files if I format it.

Anyway to open up a file on this disk without formatting it?

Your going to have to either format it or take another floppy and format it on the new pc and take that floppy and copy the files to it that way. It should work.
