I use OpenOffice because I can't afford Mic. Office right now and I downloaded 2 Scripting Fonts from dafont.com and they came as a zip.file but I have no clue on how to apply them to OpenOffice do I have to extract them to a certain place in order for them to work?

You must extract them with WinRar or WinZip and place them in the Fonts folder of Windows.

C:\Windows\Fonts

Its not different cause they use the system fonts. You have to install the font to the system in order for you to be able to use it in programs such as OpenOffice and Photoshop and such.

Open up winrar, extract it to the desktop highlight the file,right click and hit install to fonts folder.
If your using windows vista or windows 7 that option be available to you and it's much faster and convient for you to install it to the right folder and avoid problems.
