Default Oh, the bootloaders

Does anyone use a third party bootloader? The idea sounds good to me- having a bootloader that is os independent (especially when linux "breaks" rather easily). My google search for 3rd party bootloaders has been less than desirable. The ones I saw were GAG and das u-boot (or something like that haha). GAG sounds good, but it looks tacky.

Suggestions would be sweet

AMD 4200+ | 2gigs Corsair XMS 3200 | EVGA nf41 sli | EVGA 9800 GTX+
Tagan ITZ 700w | Audigy 2 ZS | 250 gig WD | 80 gig WD | 750 gig WD

LAPPY | Vista Business x86
Dell Vostro 1500 | 2 gigs dell junk| 160 gig | 8600M GT

Acronis has one as well. There are a few out there according to Wikipedia. But honestly i dont trust any of them. I use EasyBCD and the Vista bootloader.
