Got up this morning, Checked for Updates, and it started downloading 10 on my desktop:

Win10 has no Oculus support so I can't switch right away.

I saw it was up on MSDN last night around 11pm Central time. Wasn't available on my school DreamSpark account, but just looked and it looks like they're available now.

I'd checked like 4 times today on my uni Dreamspark account to no avail. Just checked now and it's up

I'm going to start downloading the ISO's over lunch.

I just downloaded the 64-bit at work so I'll have it handy for whenever. I'll be sticking both on my server (10Gb upload) if anyone needs them handy.
