S Shakie Fully Optimized Messages 3,313 Location US Jan 2, 2004 #2 What version of Office are you using? 2003 has blocker so spammers can't tell if you've opened their mail or not. If you right click on the place holder you can view the image.

S Shakie Fully Optimized Messages 3,313 Location US Jan 4, 2004 #5 Hover your mouse over the picture and then right click>download picture. It does this by default, I am not sure of the exact setting, but it is in there to accept all pics. Let me know if that takes care of it.
