Ok, heres what is annoying me. Whenever I log into my windows account, or any of the accounts on my sys., Windows will load just fine but the taskbar will lock up. I dont quite know how to define it... It becomes stuck in what looks like a reoccuring loop of loading and has the hourglass image instead of the pointer for the mouse.
Now, if I right click anywhere on the desktop and open any of the windows that show up from that list, it loads about a second later and everything is back to normal.
Any help would be appreciated.
