Occasional lock up at xp boot

Just curious, but like 1 out of 10 times I reboot my PC it locks up in XP with just the wallpaper showing, no icons. Mouse cursor even moves around. Any idea why this happens?

Usually it could be your AV or spywares. Any information in msconfig? Check that to see what starts up.
