Objject Dock and a Few ?'s About It.

I used to have this, it was OK. But I here now that a lot of people are using instead of the actual Windows layout, they are actually ridding the start menu and using object dock. Do any of you do this? And if you do, how do you rid the start-menu. I'm not talking auto-hide, I'm talking actually hiding IT!

it has the setting in it. Im not sure if the free version does but i know the plus! gives you that feature.
