nvidia twin windows- shut down problems

Hi, anyone know how to resolve this problem,

Nvidia Twin windows pops up when i try to shutdown, and says program not responding.

ya that happens alot, make this change for me and ull be happy.

Start>run>regedit
HKey Current User>Control Panel>desktop
doudble click autoendtasks on right side of screen and instead of 0 put a 1 and then ok then exit regedit.
