Nvidia GPU and 1inch Black Lines On Screen

Hi,

So my from just went from Win 7 to Win 8.1 and now the left and right side of his screen have 1 inch block lines. He is in 1080p. People said to change his resolution to 0% or something using AMD Catalyst, but he has an Nvidia Gpu. any help?

Did you install the nVidia GPU drivers from their website? Look in nVidia Control Panel for "Adjust size and position" or something similar for the display.

I told him to install his drivers aright away but he is a noob.. It is fixed.
