Nvidia control panel not saving settings

I tried to make some custom 3d settings for warhammer online (war.exe)

The problem is when i apply the settings and exit the control panel i can go back in again and find the custom settings i have just made are gone.

This seems to only happen with the WAR.exe path.

Any thoughts?

Oops i should of mentioned this.

Updating was the very first step i tried.

I have tried virtually every Nvidia driver i can think of and none allow me to save WAR.exe into the program settings.

not really played around with custom game settings but, you are hitting the apply button before you close it? also you are saving the profile correctly?

I was unaware you had to actually "save a profile"

For every other game all i need to do is choose my settings and click apply.

I can come back in and my settings are all right where i left them.

WAR.exe for some reason disappears every time.

yeah it looks like you need to save only other thing i found is this not sure i would want to do this NVIDIA Control Panel - can not save settings

I tried the Edit .xml files fix. It's a no go
