numerous boot problems, from bad to worse

My computer was rebooting after waking from sleep mode with the stop error 0x00000024. There were no hard drive issues (I have just a new ssd and an external), so I tried updating the bios with the Gigabyte @bios utility. On reboot was another stop error, 0x0000007B.

I tried doing a system restore form startup repair, and it was unable to complete, stop 0x8000ffff.

Last known good didn't work, nor safe mode. I ran out of options so I came here. The only thing I can think of next is resetting the cmos.

It turns out that there's a known issue with Corsair ssds and sleep mode. It boots plenty fast, but I was accustomed to using sleep as a way of reducing wear and tear on the mobo.

As for 0x0000007B error, I'm able to boot for now, not sure what was causing it.

Nevermind, I figured heck I'll just reinstall again. It only took a few minutes with the badass ssd. Regarding the 0x00000007B I'm almost certain that it was a windows update that was causing the problem.
