I checked out all the sites and link she went to. The bulk were from ad-driven software from Kazaa.

I had a customer with 833... i wasnt about to go thru all the program files and registry to restore changes after running adaware and spybot... so i just reloaded the entire OS. Let me tell ya there was some FUNNY cookies in there tho! *laffs*

I run AdAware every few days. The highest # I got was one day's worth, 41. That was the day that my browser was highjacked, I found icons on my desktop and in my Start menu, new folders on my disk drive, etc. %#)($)%*#$ !!!!!

I hardly ever get any spyware on mine .. I use ad-aware pro 6 with the ad watch for the registry .. never lets any backdoor coding or spyware crap sneak in nor pop-ups either ...

80 something I think. And tru, no one does use kazaa, but kazaa-lite is another story. No problems with it for me :|
