NT4 Dotnet 2

Does anyone know how to, or if its even possible, to install the dotnet framework version 2.0 onto windows NT4 SP6a.

Please don't advise me to upgrade the OS as thats not an option.

It is not supported on the NT Server and Workstation OS's. So i highly doubt there is even a hack out there to install it. Sorry.

OK, failing that then does anyone know a decent xml tool, like xmlfox, which will run under NT4?
xmlfox says it will run under NT4 but it needs .NET 2 so thats rather misleading.

The object of this is I want an app that I can use to generate a schema file (.xsd) from xml data.
