Adobe Flash Player Error.....Novice.........Help please

I keep coming up with this installation error. I tried manual uninstall.

Any help? Please

Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

Uninstall your Flash player and redownload them directly from Adobe and install from scratch.

I have tried that...I still get the black screen......running 32-bit XP IE8

Have you followed the Link and read what Adobe has to say? Cause all we can suggest is what i already did. Beyond this you have to deal with Adobe. There is no way we can assist you beyond what we have.

Yes I have read this Adobe page and tried all the steps.

Contact Adobe Support is going to be your best option. They created the error message so they should know better than anyone how to fix it.

This looks like it might be your firewall or antivirus program blocking Adobe's "unknown" connection to the internet.

They act on there own a lot for your own protection.

What anti virus programs are you using?

Temporarily disable your anti virus and your windows firewall and then try to install Abobe.

I'm fairly sure this will fix it.
