Not responding alot

Ive had this problem for awile. Alot of programs just go not respond on normal use no matter what i do, reinstalled, reformated. I know its not virus or spyware what can it be?

These programs usually do this..

Microsoft word
Photoshop
Firefox
Spybot search and destroy

so you just open word and it gives you this message or when you are shutting down windows?

Its just when Im using it. Im typing in word like normal and all the sudden it freezes then i click somewhere and it sais its not responding. Then i gota go to task manager and end it

do you have a lot of programs running in msconfig>startup?

About 11 are checked

uncheck them all except your antivirus and reboot

I have 1 gb

I just unchecked them all but avg rebooted and it still does it.

you might have a virus or poorly written software installed
